Description

Cross-country Ski. Stowe. Moderate. Various distances. We ll carpool to the base of Smugglers Notch Road in Stowe. (The road is closed). We ll walk up the road to the Sterling Pond Trail and return via the trail in the woods. Plan to bring hiking poles, traction device (stabilicers, crampons, etc.), water and snack. I don t think we ll need snow shoes. Please let me know if you are coming by e-mailing me at per@sover.net or calling me at home in the evening or on Saturday at 223-0020.
