Description
Rain Date: June 25, Tuesday. 25 miles. One short, steep hill. Lake Champlain Bikeways Network. Loop from Port Kent to Peru, NY and return. From Montpelier, drive to Burlington where we leave the cars and cross Lake Champlain by ferry (fee) to Port Kent. The bike ride goes through apple-growing farmland with pastoral views.
