Cross country ski/snowshoe/hike (leader’s choice, depending on conditions). Stowe. Moderate to Difficult. Starting at Barnes Camp in Stowe, we will travel 6 +/- miles to the road barrier before Smuggler’s Notch Resort in Cambridge, observing striking views of Elephant Head, King Rock, snow, and ice. Whether skiing, snowshoeing or hiking, you must have appropriate equipment. Bring water, snacks, and lunch, and dress in layers.
